The company has established a production unit capable of producing 6,000 tons of biomass charcoal annually, using olive pomace—the residue left after olive oil extraction. Olive biomass is a versatile and plentiful resource, which TerraRoot is transforming into new consumer products like pellets and briquettes for heating. 

These products provide a sustainable alternative to conventional energy sources, utilizing organic waste in an eco-friendly manner.
