Ideal for pairing with meats, grilled vegetables, and pasta, this oil is made from Chemlali olives, a staple in Sfax, Tunisia.​

While primarily used for oil production due to their small size, these olives yield a superior quality oil. Store tightly closed in a dark place at 16-20°C.​
